ROCHESTER CITY CENTRE

We are proud to present an exciting new project in Rochester, Minnesota: City Centre

This 60,000 square foot project is currently in its First Phase with the construction of a three story combined office/retail project at 310 South Broadway combined with the existing building at 300 South Broadway.  The third floor is the new business home of McGladrey & Pullen.  Integrated in this Phase of the project will be a skyway link to the north.

City Centre offers an opportunity for both retail and office tenants to enjoy a presence on Broadway along with proximity to the City/County Government Center, The Mayo Campus and the rest of the Rochester Downtown business, restaurant, retail and lodging activity.  Other recent downtown additions include the University of Minnesota Partnership for Biotechnology & Medical Genomics and the University of Minnesota Rochester, which will expand its current offerings in the fall of 2009 to include a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences.
  
City Centre is being developed by Weis Development and built by Weis Builders.  Yaggy Colby Associates designed the project to give a modern feel and incorporate all of the requirements of today's business, including a beautiful lobby with an elegant open cherry staircase, flexible floor plates, elevator access to all floors, high speed internet access, energy efficient heating and cooling systems while remaining in harmony with the 19th Century architecture of the south portion of the block. Incorporated in the leasing package for City Centre are substantial base building finishes, along with a generous allowance for tenant improvements.
